My career has taken me through different corners of the online world – from technical work in SEO and PPC for companies like GEICO and IBM to writing, editing, and brand storytelling. I've also worked as an editor with psychologists and therapists, helping refine their content for online audiences.
Along the way, I've managed social media, led teams, and delved into analytics to understand what resonates with people.
