THE PROCESS

How “Website in a Week” works

Four calm, focused steps. One launched a website by Sunday evening.

You’ll complete a guided intake form, then we’ll meet for a focused strategy session to clarify your vision, messaging, aesthetic direction, and the overall feeling you want your website to create for potential clients.

KNOW THE DETAILS

No cookie-cutter templates here! The secret is 100% focus. Instead of juggling dozens of projects over several months, we dedicate an entire week entirely to your practice. Because we do all the prep work, strategy planning, and content gathering before your design week kicks off, we can dive straight into building a fully custom, sophisticated Squarespace design from day one.
To keep us on track for a Friday launch, you’ll need to have your professional photos, your core website text (copy), and your branding elements (like your logo and color palette) ready to go. Don't worry—I won't leave you hanging. I provide copy refinement and guidance leading up to our start date to help you polish your message.
Yes. Absolutely. A functional website should make your life easier, not harder. During our week, I take care of your contact form setup and seamlessly integrate your EHR platform—whether you use SimplePractice, Alma, Headway, or TherapyNotes—so prospective clients can securely request consultations or book directly.

I build exclusively on Squarespace 7.1 and Fluid Engine because it is incredibly user-friendly for business owners. When we launch, you don’t just get a website; you get complete peace of mind. I provide 14 days of post-launch support to answer any lingering questions, plus a handoff training guide so you feel completely confident making simple text or image updates on your own.
No, the website platform, domain, and hosting fees are not included. You will purchase your Squarespace hosting subscription and domain registration separately so that you always have 100% ownership of your site. However, because I am a Squarespace Circle Member, you will get an exclusive discount on your first year of hosting when we launch!
Yes! Our strategic website planning upfront ensures we are completely aligned on the layout and direction before I write a single line of code. Our week also includes two dedicated rounds of revisions, giving us ample opportunity to tweak the layouts, fonts, and finer details so the final result feels authentic to you and welcoming to your ideal clients.
